Frequently Asked Questions About In-Home Senior Care

Q: Who needs in-home senior care?
A: People who need additional help with their activities of daily living and would like to remain in their homes versus moving into a retirement community or live with relatives. In other cases, it could be an elderly person whose family caregiver needs a break or time off from the their care giving responsibilities.

Q: What are your rates and minimum hours of service?
A: Most of the time, our home healthcare services will cost less than those of assisted living facilities or nursing homes. We will tailor a schedule specifically to meet the needs of your loved ones – so you are only paying for what they need. We have a four hour minimum.

Our eldercare services are available hourly (4-24 hours), or on a 24-hour Live-In basis. Because each client's requirements are unique, we offer free assessments to establish a care plan and determine all options and associated costs.

A: To ensure that alleviaCARE provides seniors with the best care and services possible, we have hired a highly-skilled, knowledgeable and experienced workforce. All caregivers have passed a national background check, extensive skills and competency testing and have a minimum of one year of verified work experience in a healthcare setting.
