Required experience and training
- Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Certified Home Health Aides
- Registered and in good standings with the State of Minnesota
- A minimum of 1 year of verified experience in the previous two years
- Current CPR
- Skills Testing
- Mandatory continuing education in-services annually
Exceptional Background Screening Process
- Minnesota Department of Human Services background study
- Clearance from OIG/GSA Exclusion Program
- Sex offender check
- National background screening performed on an annual basis
- Social Security Number verification
