Required experience and training

  • Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Certified Home Health Aides
  • Registered and in good standings with the State of Minnesota
  • A minimum of 1 year of verified experience in the previous two years
  • Current CPR
  • Skills Testing
  • Mandatory continuing education in-services annually

Exceptional Background Screening Process

  • Minnesota Department of Human Services background study
  • Clearance from OIG/GSA Exclusion Program
  • Sex offender check
  • National background screening performed on an annual basis
  • Social Security Number verification
  • Driving record history
