- All background checks are performed on an annual basis.
- All employees must complete Mandatory Continuing Education In-Services with Industry Specific Focus annually.
- All employees are Certified Nursing Assistants and in good standing with the State of Minnesota.
- All employees must have a minimum of 1 year of verified work experience within the last two years.
- All employees have current C.P.R. certification.
